Compostable Shopping Bags
One World Environmental Solutions is proud to offer a single use style carry bag that can be composted after use. The use of these compostable bags allows the user to dispose of the bag in any system that leads to commercial facilities for the processing of green organics so that it can be recycled (composted). The bags are compostable, biodegradable and transpire water vapour and air to such an extent that if the bag has sufficient ventilation, it helps keep any degradable organic items within it ‘fresh’ preventing further unwanted decay.
These bags are manufactured to the Australian standard for compostability AS 4736 - 2006.
